- Scroll to the "Proof of Residence" section and click "SUPPLY PROOF".
- Choose "CHECK STATE RESIDENCY STATUS" to fetch your Driver's License or Florida State ID from the FLHSMV. Alternatively, click "SUPPLY MY OWN" to upload a proof of residency document. Select the file and click "OPEN" to upload it. The document will appear below the "SUPPLY PROOF" button.
